Special Order / Reserve a Product

We love helping customers get hard-to-find items! This page will allow you to fill out a form requesting that special game or accessory you’ve got to have. It usually takes about a week or two, and we’ll notify you when it arrives.

We also accept reservations for exciting upcoming releases. (We don’t take preorders.) We don’t like to tie up your funds and we won’t ask you to wait in line or alter your schedule. When necessary we do give first preference to people who play in our organized play events. Our reservation system gives everyone a fair chance at our more-than-fair prices. Fair and Consistent Pricing

  • Most products are priced at manufacturer suggested retail price. We will never exceed 10% above MSRP.

  • Our prices do not fluctuate based on demand or secondary resale value.

  • We remove packaging at point of sale from high-demand items.

High Demand / New Releases

  • Based on product availability, we will honor reservations in this order:

    1. Active Attendees at Organized Play Events
    2. Other Reservation Holders

  • A random drawing will be used if we have more reservations than product available.

  • Some items may not be eligible for reservation. These will be sold at relevant organized play events.

  • Reservations timestamps are not taken into consideration.
